The Internet has always been the last in the democracy and freedom of expression and choice. You can use almost all the available applications, equipment or services to meet almost all of the content.

Blogger has the same audience as the New York Times. Artists of all types have the same opportunity for the audience base and driving talent and not on money or assistance. Two students in Dorm room and a good idea, a little ingenuity and expertise to create a multi-billion dollar company. That freedom, Baby!

And he's getting better because every Internet user a lot of guaranteed access to any site they want, whenever they want to have high speed available temporarily. No matter if you log on or eBooks About Google everything, the Internet is the same.

There are always people who are suspicious of freedom. The people who want to control a good thing, for profit, for moral or just because they think they can. So, it is not surprising that the big phone companies and cable (AT & T, Verizon, Comcast, Time Warner) has set their sites on the Internet and content access control.

These (and others) to convince companies of the Federal Government every day to control the Internet, speed and content. Basically they want to change the image of the highway network and highway versions. They will generously allow the government to pay part of their collections can control who can use the fast lanes.

But some of us are against. The number of internet pioneers. industry leader, Blogger and ordinary citizens believe that the network was created to provide equal access and that access should remain the same. We really believe that the world does not need more than one controlled by the Government and / or Big Business! And to freedom of speech is still allowed movement called Net neutrality has increased.

Net neutrality means simply that the internet will always be free, fast and available. That innovation, not money or politics, will decide who is successful in the marketplace of ideas and technology.

To learn more, do a simple Google Search on Net neutrality, or scan of Wikipedia, you will get more information than you can absorb in one sitting.

I like the fact that the Internet is open, free and rather like the wild west. I think it is the last remnant of my 60's Persona rebels. And if the former rebels, not one made me sit and watch the speed and when the government (or anyone) wants to start controlling something.

When we moved into the election season to protect our freedom has increased an important agenda for me. I have a few action items:

* I will only choose candidates who support Net neutrality.

* I was getting up my writing / email campaign to my representatives to tell them now that net neutrality is essential for growth and development

* I have joined Save the Net (http://savethenet.org) and Hands off the Internet ([http://www.handsofthenet.org])

* I will support these organizations with money and time

One of the things I've learned in a strong shock at KEYBOARDS finger. Enough said their goal in a changing world. It is freedom in action!
