Using a phone card to call Thailand - how to get it right

So your best option is to use a Prepaid international phone card to call Thailand. But there are many phone cards out there on the internet to choose one can be a very difficult issue.
One way to help you decide which phone card to choose the kind of budget to think about whether you would call a business partner or just calling to say hello to my friends.
If you are calling from my business partners would recommend the quality of phone cards. Quality phone card costs a bit more expensive but so I believe its value. Because you do not want to be called shame and poor quality has declined and sound, especially when you are negotiating.
